Tee Time and Reservation Policy
*Please check in 20 mins prior to your tee time, PGC reserves the right to release said tee time if all parties are not present for check in. Peninsula Golf Club has a 24-hour tee time cancellation policy. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your tee time, your credit card may be charged the full amount. You are responsible for payment of greens and cart fees unless: 1) you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to tee time via GOLF NOW by signing in to your account above and following the instructions under the reservations tab, or 2) the course is closed due to weather. Call course for current status of play and to confirm if course is open or closed if in doubt. All prepaid tee time refunds are processed by GOLF NOW and not by Peninsula Golf Course, the GOLF NOW help desk phone number is 1-844-800-GOLF (4653). All prepaid tee time cancellations must be submitted on line (as per GOLF NOW). Please contact GOLF NOW at 1-844-800-GOLF (4653) should you need to modify your tee time. Prepaid times can only be modified or canceled by logging into your account or calling Golf Now..
NO PERSONAL COOLERS are allowed on the course, If you bring one, you will be asked to put it in your car.
Inclement Weather Policy
If the course is closed due to inclement weather or hazardous playing condition exist, golfers on the course, who have played 4 holes or less will be issued a refund for a 9-hole round. All tee times that fall within the course closure will be issued a refund as well via Golf Now. It is the responsibility of the golfer to check with the pro shop as to the status of the course and his or her tee time. If in doubt, call the course. The course generally will stay open unless the conditions are becoming dangerous to our patrons. A passing shower will not warrant a closure. If you hear the air horn blow, return to the clubhouse.
Winter play: The course may have temporary greens at any time due to weather conditions beyond our control. Temp greens will not be grounds for a refund.
