As you may or may not know, the Town of Oyster Bay is proceeding with their plan to take over Peninsula Golf Course via Eminent Domain.
Please read the letters below that were sent to the Town, several civic associations and a few Facebook groups. These letters will give you an idea of the situation at hand. The town has kept this somewhat quiet, but it's time to let the public know the situation.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read these letters. Help us save Peninsula Golf Course and maintain it as it has been for over 76 years! Please join us in signing a petition to save Peninsula. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
